The official dispatch clearly stated that the City People’s Committee agreed in principle with the proposal of the Management Board of Industrial Parks and Export Processing Zones to hand over construction works: Roads and drainage ditch systems for residential areas and industrial clusters in Mai Dinh commune, district. Soc Son; Road to Tai Tu – Sai Dong A Industrial Park (phase II); Front road connecting Tai Tu – Sai Dong A Industrial Park to National Highway 5.
The City People’s Committee assigned the Management Board of Industrial and Export Processing Zones to front and coordinate with relevant units to carry out the handover according to current regulations, specifically: Coordinate with the Department of Transport to hand over roads, sidewalks and organize construction traffic Build a road into Tai Tu – Sai Dong A Industrial Park (phase II).
Coordinate with the Department of Construction to hand over rainwater drainage, dirty water drainage, trees and lighting for the construction of the road into Tai Tu – Sai Dong A Industrial Park (phase II).
Coordinate with the Department of Information and Communications to hand over the technical trench, supply power to pumps of the technical trench for the construction of the road into Dai Tu – Sai Dong Industrial Park (phase II) and the technical trench for the road construction and drainage ditch system for residential areas and industrial zones and clusters in Mai Dinh commune, Soc Son district.
Coordinate with Road Management Area II to hand over part of B40 mesh fence for the construction of a feeder road connecting Tai Tu – Sai Dong A Industrial Park to National Highway 5.
The remaining items of the above projects are implemented according to document No. 8819/UBND-CT dated November 6, 2012 of the City People’s Committee.
